Ho ordinato qualche mese fa un fondotinta che uso da anni marca estee lauder, convinta di ricevere un fake visto il prezzo moltooo competitivo...ma con grande sorpresa si è dimostrato originale. Incoraggiata dall'esperienza ho ordinato successivamente un profumo che erroneamente ho scelto per sbaglio (un Montale al posto di Scervino) e mi sono accorta del mio errore solo una volta ricevuto il Profumo. Ho contattato il servizio clienti il quale si è dimostrato serio, professionale, celere nelle risposte via mail e hanno provveduto immediatamente alla sostituzione mandandomi a casa il Profumo da me richiesto contestualmente al ritiro a domicilio del Montale e il bonifico con la differenza di prezzo, e spese a loro carico.Il Profumo Scervino che ho ricevuto è originale, molto buono adatto a tutte le situazioni, non passa inosservato ma nemmeno troppo invadente.
