Se vendete un tester anziché una confezione nuova e originale lo fate presente durante la fase di acquisto e preferibilmente a caratteri cubitali non, astutamente, scrivendolo in piccolo. Il cliente non se ne accorge e acquista un articolo regalo che non può regalare, tra l'altro ad un prezzo esagerato.

Non è scritto in piccolo ma negli stessi identici caratteri usati per la descrizione.
Non in fase di acquisto ma addirittura per ogni singolo prodotto Tester si trova la dicitura in primo piano.
L'onestà anche da parete del cliente sarebbe recensire per il giusto prodotto di cui parla e nello specifico Joop pagato a prezzo esagerato, come dice lei , 25€ il 125ml! Ovviamente lo possiamo dimostrare!!!
Umiltà sarebbe riconoscere un proprio errore, così siamo abituati a fare noi quando succede!
